I started a section for Release Guidelines on the Roadmap page. I'll add a list of places where the stable release is referenced there, and update the web site.

There were 2 places that didn't get updated. I removed any reference to
version number in one of the places and updated the other to say 1.1. That was needed because it linked to the download directory. The less
places referencing current version number, the better.

I don't have any brilliant solutions for this at the moment, but I'll
definitely be giving it some thought.
