With the discussions of revamping the website document and CVS build, I 
think this would be an excellent time to bring Don Brown aboard. He has 
been instrumental in bringing up a decent website for the Struts 
application site

using another Apache project, Forrest <http://xml.apache.org/forrest/>.

Along with his contributions to stxx, he's put together two significant 
Struts extensions, Struts-BSF and Struts-Cocoon (see the Struts 
SourceForge link). Most recently, he encouraged a colleague to donate 
Struts-Doc to the applications project:

It's obvious to me that Don has the Right Stuff, so here's my +1.
