struts-html.html needs higher prominence

+1 for that. I also got lost trying to find Struts' documentation when I first
started using Struts. Of course, now I'm used to it, so it feel "natural" now.

But still, some points:
1) I'd expect the 1.1 release documentation to be more prominent that the
"nightly" one. I always wonder of what "nightly version" are the "nightly" docs.
So, I'd expect the docs to be found *under* the 1.1 section.
2) The tags documentation is a hard one to find, indeed. Some docs are in the
javadocs, but some others are in the developer's guide. So if I say "I want to
get to the struts-bean doc" I gotta go find it all over the guides. It still
happens 9 months after I first used Struts... I'd rather expect to have a
separate "Tags Documentation" section right on the first page.
