The UserGuide links are under "Nightly Build" to emphasize that this documentation may differ from what you have installed. This was more important in the 1.0 -> 1.1 era, when there were marked differences that were confusing people. Once we start ship 1.2.x, we might be able to change it back. The general consensus among the Committers is that the web site should reflect the latest developments.
