Regardless of whether he's entitled I think this change was appropriate. Struts is a community effort and I don't believe we should start adding individual copyrights to the pieces we code. Much of Struts could say "copyright Craig R. McClanahan" but it doesn't. That's a small but important reason Struts is so popular and fun to work on. So, if only Cedric can remove the copyrights we should ask him directly and hope he'll agree :-).
