Hello All -
I am new to Struts and trying to run the Struts
example applications. When I am starting Tomcat,
everything loads fine (as found in the
$TOMCAT_HOME/logs/servlet.log file). In fact the
following gets logged in the file :

/WEB-INF/struts-config.xml

But when I try to run the application in
struts-example, I get the following error :
javax.servlet.ServletException: Missing message for
key index.title
But the ApplicationResources file is in proper place,
as given in the configuration files.
Any help will be appreciated.
