There have been several discussions on this list concerning how MVC is
implemented. There is some good documentation on the Struts web site
(http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/userGuide/index.html) and Ted Husted's
site (http://husted.com/about/struts/)
I would also check out the mailing list archives:
http://www.mail-archive.com/struts-user%40jakarta.apache.org/
There are several opinions about how Struts and MVC work together and "which
pieces fit where". I feel you would get more from these resources than my
one sided opinion :)
