That should do it, although I noticed that putting a nightly build on
tomcat 3.2.3 required to put xerces.jar in TOMCAT_HOME/lib and rename
parser.jar and jaxp.jar to zparser.jar and zjaxp.jar, respectively.

You'll also notice that there are a few classes that have moved in the
package structure (most importantly some Utils that have moved to the
jakarta-commons project), so if you use these you'll have to do some
search-and-replace on the import statements of your classes (the method
signatures seem to be the same, though, luckily enough).
