Visual SlickEdit (http://www.slickedit.com/home.php). In my experience, every IDE I've ever worked with (JBuilder, JDeveloper, Visual Café) forces you to do things their way, which is usually not the way I want to do it. Plus, they're expensive, take up a lot of disk space, and are usually memory hogs.
