So here is a struts style question, an ActionForm is created upon each request, so we need to either fill the form out with initial data, or use the posted form content to update persistent data.
Do you prefer to add a parameter to your requests to differentiate between a new request (where you pull data initially from a DB source) and a subsequent request to modify (the submit)?
