I agree, but then, I love Java - all of it (but especially the new 1.4 goodies!). I even loved AWT! But as an end-user app? Ugh! This is why I stopped using Forte, NetBeans, JDeveloper, JBuilder, etc. Resource hogs, only because they are built with Swing. Give me vi or give me death!
