Here is what we used for a Weblogic 5.1 user (in .login) :

# add all needed Java libraries
foreach JAR ( ${HOME_APPLI}/lib/*.jar )
   setenv CLASSPATH ${CLASSPATH}:${JAR}
end

# zip for Oracle classes12.zip
foreach JAR ( ${HOME_APPLI}/lib/*.zip )
   setenv CLASSPATH ${CLASSPATH}:${JAR}
end
