That's what I suspected, but wanted to get some independant confirmation :-)
Should the last config file contain the <controller/>, <message-resources/>, and <plug-in/> stuff? The doc seems to imply that if you re-define a parameter, the last one 'quietly wins'. To me this means that I should only have these tags in the last config file. Is it possible to have a config file with ONLY these tags?
