J2EE Patterns: Core J2EE Patterns is a great resource. There's a free version of it online, but if you're really bent on buying it, it's available in hardcopy.

EJB: EJB Design Patterns (Floyd Marinescu) Again there's a freely downloadable PDF but it's a real book if you want to buy it.

Struts: I thought Struts Kick Start (Turner and Bedell) was a great, quick book for getting started with Struts.
