i am begineer for struts,i ahd installed all the files needed for it but it is giving the following error,as the all *.tld files are in tis proper locations
Unable to open taglibrary /WEB-INF/struts-bean.tld : Could not locate TLD /WEB-INF/struts-bean.tld can u help me
