The only page in which I've used the sslext tag is my login page. I'm going to try changing my other html:form tags over to sslext.
I've found that the app switches out of https: when the sslext:form tag is used in conjunction with actions that have the secure property "false" in the struts-config.
In other words, it appears to be necessary to use the sslext tag in a subsequent form in order to switch back out of https: mode.
Hi Leonard,
I manage the switching with only action mappings, but I just found out that some browsers will pop-up a warning message saying something along the lines of:
"you have requested an insecure page that was originally designated as secure"
so I have decided to use the tags as well.
