You are correct, a reference to http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html may not help, but a reference to google or some other appropriate search reference *will* help in this area by reducing the traffic to a READABLE level and getting people into the habit of thinking and looking before giving up and asking the list mindless questions.
