   new-clx, as recommended at
   http://stumpwm.antidesktop.net/cgi-bin/wiki/Compiling_CLISP .

I've always found the "old" mit-clx implementation to be superior
in many ways:

1. reliable
2. robust
3. stable

Whereas new-clx has always caused problems here.

YMMV.
