NAD PowerDrive - So smart, it knows what your speakers are thinking
They say that knowledge is power. So when it comes to reacting to the constantly
fluctuating power needs of today's loudspeakers, an A/V receiver has to be very smart
indeed. Most A/V receivers fail the test and you hear distortion. NAD's dual-rail
power supply knows when your speakers need extra help to deliver clean, undistorted
sound. The result is honor roll performance for your movies and music. Visit your
nearest NAD dealer or do your homework at http://www.NADelectronics.com/power

XLO:Choose the Best In the World
Your cable solution is the most pervasive component in any audio system. It lies
between every other component and affects the performance of each of them within the
system as a whole. At XLO we recommend a totally neutral cable system designed
commensurate with the level of your system's components. To discuss an XLO
interconnect system for your needs - call your retailer or 909-947-6969 to speak to
one of our product specialists. There is no reason to sacrifice a system's
performance for anything less than the best in the world. Click below for more

Featured DVD-Audio Music Review
Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Neil Young is one of those artists who I'm always anxious to see what he's up to. His
music defies category. The Neil Young music catalogue runs from country to heavy metal
and always with the highest level of musicianship and songwriting. So what's Young up
to now, you might be asking yourself. How does a rock opera (or play, depending on
your viewpoint) sound to you? Well, that is exactly what he's up to now, with the
expected results. A couple of years ago, I read an interview with Young, who was
speaking about his approach to songwriting, very stream of consciousness. He talked
about how, when he writes now, he's trying to get his point across in the song without
too much embellishment. He'll wait for the next artist to take the song to next level.
I'm not sure if Young is continuing to do this, but with Greendale, he has laid out a
very cohesive story with some exceptionally good music to accompany it.

Featured DVD-Video Review
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Tobe Hooper shocked audiences and created a cult classic in 1974 with "The Texas
Chainsaw Massacre," one of many movies, including "Psycho" and "The Silence of the
Lambs," that took inspiration from the killings in Plainfield, Wisconsin, committed by
Ed Gein. Now, producer Michael Bay and veteran commercial director Marcus Nispel
revisit the original subject matter with this successful new version. Many of the
story elements are the same as in the original film, though there are changes, some
good and some that are simply missed. Either way, this is one of the better remakes in
this era of remakes. The film begins with a documentary-style portrayal of the
"actual" murders of five youths in Texas in 1973. Featured in the narration is the
original narrator from 1974, John Larroquette, which is a nice touch.
