Shearwater Petrel Download Bug

It appears that Shearwater Petrel downloading does not work in 4.x.  I
needed to remove and reinstall 3.1.1 to download logs from a Petrel (latest
firmware v12) which worked fine.  Error Message is "Dive Data Import Error".
Client PC is Windows 8.
