Install Luisa's Heart Rate icon and her DC-reported ceiling icon
1) Replace the current text-based heart rate icon with Luisa's design
2) Move the heart rate graph icon up in the toolbox into the cluster of
buttons that controls graphs.
3) Replace the DC-reported ceiling icon with Luisa's latest icon that
has instrument hands on the face.
