[PATCH] UI adjustments in Print Dialog Window

Following things have been done:

1) move buttons to the bottom of the window;
2) use QDialogButtonBox that allows to follow platform-dependent button layout;
3) enlarge window size to not to crop content;
4) change "Close" button action from "accept" to "reject".
