My fault. I wrote the wrong thing. I meant to say “open a new logbook”, i.e. 
Ctrl-N or via the menu. Still, here on Mac, there is no problem with master in 
this regard.

I don’t know. I told him that for the SAC (AMV is German, I am really tired…) 
the program of course needs cylinder volume and start and end pressures set. 
Maybe some of that was missing.

And most important, I forgot to say: He thanked us for being so helpful and he 
was impressed how fast the subsurface community responded to his problems.
