Perfect timing, I know, but it’s a bit outside of my control… The data center where my colo-server is located is moving us into a different rack this week. In theory this should only cause a short loss of service, but having been around too many failed server moves I decided to try something else and migrated all of the Subsurface services to AWS / EC2.
I just switched things over (mid day Memorial Day in the US, evening in Europe), hoping that if things go KA-SPLAT the impact wouldn’t be too bad.
