Most everybody rejects everything from the "dynamic" ec2 ip's. If you
grab a Elastic IP (Re-locatable static thingie) they are usually
accepted.

Other solutions is to relay all outgoing mail via a server with a known
good ip, or via AWS SES but thats way more job.
