I'd vote for the option, that you build the url -> token ui and hide it
behind a build time option for the "paranoid" =)

We have tried to keep the number of different build options down to a
minimum, but this one would probably be slim enough and scratches a
itch for the paranoid.


But if you're paranoid you have already red the source and know that the
facebook webview doesn't do anything fishy.
