Your responses are rather terse which makes it harder to debug this remotely...

So let's try this.
Start Subsurface anew (if it's running, quit, restart).
Click on 'Open cloud opslag'
Quit Subsurface
again, send the two log files.

Hopefully this will give us more information.

Clearly there is an issue where we need to improve the user experience as not 
getting a useful error reported to the user is the key problem here.
