Honestly, this case is such a special case that I'd likely have missed
it too. I knew of the limitation, but it's obscure and I'd have not
thought of it.
The string handling during parsing is just too fragile. I think I have
a better model for this that actually allows for easier use of
multiple strings.
Let me test something out.
