4+ yrs Experience in developing applications / queries using
an Informix database.
3+ yrs Experience developing and maintaining Cobol programs.
3+ yrs Experience in developing and maintaining Informix
Store Procedures.
Demonstrated Experience Experience in reading
Development
Use Cases and applying the required changes to the existing
application.
Demonstrated Experience Experience analyzing
existing Cobol
programs to determine, based on the business requirements,
if the program would be more efficient re-written in a
stored procedure.
Demonstrated Experience Working in a team
environment
Demonstrated Experience Successfully completing
tasks under
a tight deadline.
Demonstrated Experience Experience in reading
Development
Use Cases and applying the required changes to the existing
application.
Provide copy of certificate BS in Computer Science or
related field, or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience required
*Scope: * Work with DARS IR team to analyze the identified Cobol
programs and determine whether modifying the existing Cobol
program or converting to a Stored Procedure will be the most
efficient.
All modifications to the existing applications shall adhere
to DARS IR standard utilizing DARS IR
standard architecture.
