Top5, Inc, a leading IT consulting group is looking for a Sr. SAP HR
Implementation Lead required for a long term project at our client.
This person will be responsible for a cradle to grave HR systems
delivery

The individual will come from a very specific background outlined
below. Please read this brief description in its entirety before
responding.

Overall Responsibilities
o Establish and implement effective Program Management Office
functions using clients methodology project management processes,
tools, controls and governance and ensure consistency across all work
streams and locations.
* Take ownership and accountability for project outcomes and managing
the delivery of an end-end implementation within the scheduled
timeframe and budget.
* Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders and follow a clearly
defined escalation and governance process.

Communications and Reporting
* Responsible for gathering and/or creating applicable and necessary
information for all phases Status Reports
* Responsible for Schedule Index Reporting
* Responsible for Slipping Task Statistics
* Responsible for Project Milestone Schedules
* Responsible for Major weekly accomplishments/Discussion Items
* Responsible for Task and Milestone Summary
* Responsible for Resource Hour Demands
* Responsible for Executive Action Items
* Responsible for Top 10 Issues
* Responsible for Risks Executive Watch list
* Responsible for Key Client Tasks
* Responsible for Burn Rate Views based on employee time submission
* Responsible for reviewing and/or editing status report information
and distributing this information to applicable staff for review.
* Responsible for disseminating status reports to Executive Status
Meeting attendees on time.

Process Support
* Responsible for overseeing all Risk Mitigation Plans, progress, and
reporting program level risk to senior management and the customer, if
required. Responsible for analyzing risks and opportunities to support
the program management decision-making process
* Responsible for facilitating risk identification, assessment and
prioritization at all levels
* Responsible for assisting in the development and evaluation of risk
mitigation/contingency plans
* Responsible for collecting work products, measures, measurement
results, and improvement information derived from planning and
performing risk management to support future use and improvement to
clients PMO processes
* Responsible for monitoring and controlling the process against the
Risk Management Plan and take appropriate corrective action
* Responsible for managing all effort in accordance with approved
budgets and identifying and resolving cost performance issues that may
arise
* Responsible for ensuring compliance by enforcing PMO standards and
processes
* Responsible for compiling, presenting, and tracking lessons learned
and best practices results and presentations for all phases
* Responsible for conducting pre-reviews with workstream leaders to
ensure readiness for all toll gate reviews
* Responsible for overseeing all action items and ensuring they are
tracked to closure and unresolved items are escalated
* Responsible for coordinating with the communication team for
reporting Risk, Issues and Action Items
* Responsible for identifying, monitoring, reporting, and escalating
all issues internally and externally.
* Responsible for identifying outstanding contractual issues with the
client and/or suppliers.
* Responsible for maintaining the Change Control Process and Change
Control Requests that are submitted to the CCB

Project Controls
o Accounting to Executive Management for ensuring the feasibility and
predictability of work plans, scheduling of resource utilization, and
delivering assigned requirements tasks within schedule and budget
o Responsibility for ensuring work plan quality by working with
Workstream Leaders and Testing, Subcontractor and Operations
organizations
o Responsible for identifying the interdependencies and issues between
projects across the program and ensuring the project schedules include
the interdependencies needed for accurate forecasting
o Responsible for preparing weekly internal program status reports for
all phases, which consists of generating multiple reports and
facilitating weekly executive reporting meetings to discuss status,
plans, issues, and forecasts
o Responsible for developing operations and management*s weekly
internal report of slipping tasks
o Responsible for preparing the summary data on schedule for the
client-level weekly status reports
o Responsible for performing an in-depth resource and schedule
analysis weekly
o Responsible for forecasting schedule trends, identifying, and
reporting potential problems
o Responsible for providing issue resolution recommendations to
project owners for each plan
o Responsible for ensuring there is regular and effective
communication of issues and corrective actions to senior management
o Responsible for providing expertise and assistance to project
managers and project plan owners in schedule, resource, and corrective
action plan development

Support Responsibilities
o Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and
schedule.
o Develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for the
project*s schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating
models, best practices, and past experience. The resulting estimates
account for all activities in the project scope, including project
management and application development tasks, software quality
assurance reviews, and vendor and contract management activities.
o Review, and be responsible for, the overall development and
integration of requirements.
o Manage relationships with all vendors and sub-contractors. Monitor
their progress and adherence to the clients and subcontractor
contracts.

Proven experience in implementing:
o HR, Payroll, Workforce Administration experience is preferred.
o SAP experience with HR, OM, and PA is required
* A minimum of 2-3 large scale global implementations is a MUST!
*Ideal candidate will most likely come from a senior manager or
associate partner background with a Big4/Big5 or equivalent size
consultant organization.
