The license for the Blambot free fonts is here:
    http://www.blambot.com/license.shtml

It's a restricted freeware license ("sometimes free as in beer"), and
certainly wouldn't pass for 'free' in any reasonable free software
sense. I don't know how font licensing freedom is evaluated, but I'd be
surprised if it was much different.
