Hello, we are using the TAPAS Cologne scenario for our work on routing algorithms. We have found that the sumo config file that comes with the scenario has a default scale factor of 0.3.
We would like to know the aim of that specific value. Is there some calibration process according to the network file detail? We get a lot of teleporting if we use scale 1.0, but we would like to use the most realistic dataset.
