Hi Adama,
the missing files were added in our repo but still missing in the 
nightly build process. This has been fixed so you could download a new 
one tomorrow but it is in general advisable to work directly with the 
repository checkout if you want fresh sources. The debug error should be 
considered a bug. Since you are running the debug version anyway could 
you simply click on the debug button and tell me where the simulation 
aborts? Concerning the dlls, they should be all in your downloaded 
library packages, so no need for further compilation / copying.
