Thank You so much! The latest version of edgeDataFromFlow.py is working when I updated tools/sumolib; however, I see the segregation of data on the edge file is for 1 day. Is the code designed to segregate data for the interval of 86400 sec (1 day)? The flow data that I provided as input contained the flow with an interval of 1 hour.
