if you are sure there is nothing wrong with your SUMO config, then probably
Veins people can help you better. Have a look at their web page

Hi,
I have been try to run Veins using a custom Sumo simulation and I have been
getting this error : tcpip::Socket::recvAndCheck @ recv: peer shutdown.
I’ve tried the running the normal Veins example and it worked just fine,
and when I try any custom map the simulation doesn’t work( it works on Sumo
alone ).
I have attached the sumo-launchd.log file to this mail.
