1) I want to generate a network where I have - a single intersection and 4 bidirectional edges attached to it (5 nodes , 8 edges) - one traffic signal at the intersection with periodic phases.
In what XML file should my traffic lights be declared and phases(tllogic) be set ? (I know it's not rou.xml or any other data XML file) 2) If I want a network to be generated from my data files WITHOUT the traffic signal at the junction , do I use NETGENERATE itself ?
