Hello,
you can use the maxSpeed attribute to achieve the desired effect. The
formula 'accel*(1-speed/maxSpeed)' is no longer used to compute
acceleration. Vehicles accelerate using their 'accel' attribute regardless
of current speed. The specification page was outdated and is now fixed.
