Hi, I am a student working on a vehicle adhoc project. I have been trying
to get sumo work for 3 weeks. Can anyone help me with it? There's alot of
errors and less information and coding were known for windows. I have been
trying to get sumo, omnet++ and veins to work and I have followed the
tutorial but it doesnt work out. I have tried using sumo with vsimrti but I
dont understand how to work it out with windows cmd. Thanks
