OK kinda interesting - tested it on 3rd box, which is much higher spec than the rest. Runs fine if I don't touch the GUI at all, but as soon as I'm moving the GUI (zoom in, pan), I get a crash.
Makes me think more its something to do with the GUI state being updated when the call is made to create a bmp?
