Wouldn't this affect the overall traffic? and prompt all vehicles to move
to the most right lane regardless of a need to change a lane ( speed gain
cooperative or strategic ) ?
If i understand this behavior correctly this will create a modified
Asymetric driving behavior. (use both lanes for overtaking but prefer the
most right lane).
