Hi Marie, I'm stuck at the same point right now. Having problems to understand how the TraCI Syntax works, espacially in case of a Bitstream argument.
Please checkout TraCI4Matlab or TraCI4J which provide wrappers for Matlab or Java. They have lots of TraCI methods already implemented. Right now I am trying to implement the setSpeedMode() method, because exactly this one is missing. But hopefully I am close to a solution as I just found the "traci.sendByteCmd". Lets see...
