No problem. Here is what I did: netconvert --osm-files NAME.osm.xml --geometry.remove --roundabouts.guess --ramps.guess --junctions.join --tls.guess-signals --tls.discard-simple --tls.join -o NAME.net.xml
Like I said earlier, the network generates it's just the issues with the intersection stop control and signals. Thank you!
