Hi,
it looks like all the links got a green minor ("g" in the tls plan)
which means they have to decelerate. I cannot tell why they all got
green minor, though. If the left turning vehicles and the straight
direction have the same traffic light signal (I am guessing, it is hard
to tell without having the net), they can either have both green minor
which is the safe solution or both green major ("G") which would be
unsafe for turning left, which would make clear why it is that way, but
not for the right turning vehicles. Did you modify junction or tls plan
with netedit or XML files?
