Original coordinates is lon,lat when importing a geo-referenced network (i.e. OSM). Network coordinates is a transformation to meters with 0,0 in the south-west network corner. TraCI always returns network coordinates for position retrieval commands. However, there is also traci command to convert between the two (simulation, position conversion)
