Hello SUMO users, I would like to use SUMO for generating velocitiy profiles in traffic. The implemented car following models like the IDM generate good velocity profiles, but when the car is driving on a free lane without a car in front it is accelerating with the max. acceleration to the speed limit of the lane. I would like to change this behavior and therefore add a new car following model, in which the desired speed of the IDM and with that the acceleration of the car also depends on the speed limit of the lane. Therefore I tried to build SUMO without changing the source-files with Visual Studio Express 2013 (http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Installing/Windows_Build) (Win32, Python 2.7, SUMO 0.25.0 and 0.26.0), but in both cases I got the error:
error RC1110: could not open ..\..\..\src\netedit\netedit.rc C:\Sumo\sumo-0.26.0\build\msvc10\netedit\RC netedit I do not find the netedit.rc in the files.
