Hi,
I'm using sumo 0.28.0, Python 2.7.13, and windows powershell to compile
python script.
When I try to compile "runner" script in traci-pedestrian-crossing
tutorial, I get this error : pedcrossing.net.xml not found.

The net file should be already in data of the tutorial?
I executed the netccfg file using netconvert tool, so I have now the net
file in data directory. ut, I still get the same error.
