Dear maintainer of SUMO facebook pages,
I had some problem with running TraCI for Traffic Lights recently.
Every time I tried to run the example, I got the error massage like:
"please declare environment variable 'SUMO_HOME' as the root directory of
your sumo installation (it should contain folders 'bin', 'tools' and
'docs')"
I opened the script and found that the program stop at the very very early
part of the code like the screen shot as below.
I had difficulty in understanding the meaning of the code. What should I
do to deal with it?
