Traffic modeller was built for an older version of SUMO and is no longer supported. We are working on a replacement to define traffic visually. Until then use xml-files. The simples way is to define just the start and arrival edge and departure time or period http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Definition_of_Vehicles,_Vehicle_Types,_and_Routes#Incomplete_Routes_.28trips_and_flows.29 regards, Jakob
