Well, I didn't qualify as a Latin scholar 40+ years ago, and I'm far
rustier now than then, but I do have a couple of starting points:
SPECTO is first person singular ("I see/watch"). You want a second
person imperative, possibly SPECTA.
HOURS should be HORAE for the plural.
You might simplify the second line to ONE WILL BE YOUR LAST. "OF THESE"
can be implied...
