Can someone tell me if the following book is still in print.

I have had the above book on order in Australia as of October 1996. They
now tell me that they can not get this book in Australia.
Can someone suggest another book on letter cutting in stone.
Also can someone suggest a good book on making concrete moulds suitable for
making sundials.
